Cancellation Policy

50% of the appointment fee for cancellations/changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice and 100% for no-shows. If you have made an advanced booking and need to shift or cancel your appointment, you can do so via the link in your confirmation email or email me directly up to 48 hours in advance, and you won’t be charged.

Massage Therapy Consent

If I experience any pain or discomfort during this session, I will immediately inform the practitioner so that the pressure and/or strokes may be adjusted to my level of comfort.

What is Done with the Information Gathered

Massage Therapy with Ionela Dogaru requires this information to assess your massage treatment requirements and provide you with a safe and effective therapy. Additionally, the information is used to refer to subsequent treatments to assess levels of improvement. Information may be shared with another health practitioner with your consent,  should you be referred to them in the course of your treatments. This information will not be shared with anyone else other than when required for legal process. The contact information you provide may be used by Massage Therapy with Ionela Dogaru to contact you about appointment times or dialogue regarding your treatment plan.

 

How Long is the Information Held For

Massage Therapy with Ionela Dogaru is required to keep your information for 7 years after your last treatment for insurance purposes. Your data will not be transferred without your consent. Disposal of Data: Once per year, Massage Therapy with Ionela Dogaru will review all client records and destroy any records that are no longer bound by the regulated legal timescale for such records to be held.
